services and products including eco-boards formworks

Ecoboards are an environmentally friendly product manufactured locally from non-biodegradable plastic waste material. The boards in themselves are recyclable. With the dwindling natural resources and restrictions on cutting of trees, these composite boards have come in at the opportune time to not only fill the gap of scarce wood products but do also greatly help to reduce on dumping of plastic waste in our local environment.

These boards are superior to any timber product as they are water and moisture resistant, are not affected by the sun or rain thus can be stored outdoors, CANNOT warp, crack , splinter order form. The board hardness is 15-20times that of wood.
These boards can be Sawn, Glued, Nailed, Screwed and Molded and have very high
compressive strength hence are very suitable for use as Construction Formwork to carry very heavy green concrete loads with widely spaced timber supports, thus saving on cost of formwork.
Because of their smooth flat surface, these boards provide a very smooth concrete finish upon formwork removal which will only require skimming and immediate paint application ,thereby eliminating the secondary process of applying plaster screed which is normally a substantial cost element.

The boards do not easily deteriorate and can be RE-USED repeatedly several times as
formwork , upto a minimum of 15 (fifteen) uses without warping or deforming due to its good water resistance and plastic nature as per industry experience.
The boards can be widely used in various concrete structures as well as infrastructure projects such as shear walls, vertical wall panels ,bridges, dams, and tunnels, civil construction and commercial engineering. These boards shorten construction time since it is easy to demold it as it takes only 15% of the time used to demold timber or steel formwork.
They are manufactured in standard sizes of varying thickness namely;

They are sold at very cost effective prices despite their enormous advantages compared to existing wood and other products in the market.

Depending on the quantities ordered, delivery is free in Nairobi and its environs.
