INSTALLATION OF CONCERETE CHEMICAL AND MEMBRANE WATERPROOFING SYSTEMS
All types of concrete works leakage protection is our business. The types of waterproofing we give are liquid applied waterproofing systems. super cast water drops for
sealing movement and construction joints in concrete, Profex Engage for mechanical bonding to poured concrete , swellable water stops for insitu concrete, injectable Hose Protection, crystalline capillary waterproofing systems and Elastomeric cementations waterproof coating.
Some of the products applicable to the above waterproofing systems include but not limited to, NITOCOTE, CM210, BRUSHBOND, CONPLAST WP90, CONPLASTWP200, NITOPROOF 30, NITOPROOF 725 (PU&UV Stables), SUPERCAST HYDROFOILS, SUPERCAST WATERFOILS and many others. These chemicals/membrane application products are manufactured and laid as per British Standards, BS 8102 Waterproofing Specification
Flow Traps and Kitchen Sink Areas
Its highly recommended to use our specific flow trap waterproofing membrane application together with FOSROC NITOCOTE CM210, for all your upper floor, wet areas to
avoid moisture damage that will normally ingress around Flow Traps and also through the concrete leading to discoloration of paint to the underside of your concrete slab
as well as adjoining walls, making the building look older
than really is.With this technology, we are able to seal all areas surrounding the joints at sink areas in the kitchen, bathrooms, vent/breather pipes at roof tops, storm water drainage pipes and concrete gutters. This is best done on well done concrete (no honeycombs) and before placing of tiles. We always carry out a Leak Proof Test before we hand
over the project to you.
